Your Judd roast is private by default.

Short version. JudgeMyPic is an 18+ AI photo-feedback service centered on Judd. Photos are processed to provide the roast you request, private analysis history and safety controls. We do not operate community photo voting, dating/social discovery or cash-prize competitions.

1. What we collect

Account data: account identifier, email address and sign-in provider information.
Eligibility records: your 18+ and terms confirmations.
Photos and Judd requests: the photo you submit, the context you choose and the generated analysis.
Safety and operational data: screening results, abuse-prevention signals, takedown requests and service logs.
Analytics data: ordinary website usage data only if you choose to allow analytics.

2. How photos are handled

Submitted images may be re-encoded and safety-screened before or during AI processing. Image metadata such as EXIF/GPS information may be removed during processing. Judd analyses and their associated images may be retained privately in your account history so you can reopen or share your own results.

3. Why we use your data

We use data to provide sign-in, generate Judd AI feedback, keep private analysis history, create sharing tools you request, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, handle consent/takedown requests, maintain service security and improve the product where analytics consent has been given.

4. Who can see your photo

Judd photos and analyses are private by default. They are not placed into a community voting pool or public dating/social-discovery profile. A photo may be reviewed by authorized personnel when needed for safety, consent, support or legal compliance. Outside your account, a result is shared only when you choose to use a sharing feature.

5. AI processing

Uploaded images may be sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, for automated safety screening and to generate the Judd feedback you request. AI output is generated from the submitted image and context and may be inaccurate.

6. Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose to allow analytics. Uploaded photos are not sent to Google Analytics. You can reopen analytics preferences from the site footer.

7. Service providers

We use service providers including Supabase for authentication/database/storage infrastructure, Resend for service email delivery, Google for Google sign-in and optional analytics, Cloudflare for site delivery/security, and OpenAI for safety screening and Judd AI processing.

8. Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the type of data and service need. You can delete your account, which triggers deletion of stored account photo files and private Judd analysis history subject to short technical cleanup periods and limited records that may need to remain for legal, fraud-prevention or security purposes.

9. 18+ only

JudgeMyPic is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or submit photos.

10. Your choices and rights

You can choose whether to allow analytics and whether to share a Judd result. Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, or request a copy of certain data.

11. Security

We use authorization checks, private storage, safety screening and operational controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so do not upload material you do not have the right to use.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as the product, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows the current version.
