Judd roasts photos, not people.

The core deal. JudgeMyPic is an 18+ AI photo-feedback service centered on Judd. You upload a photo you are allowed to use, Judd generates playful and practical feedback about the photo, and you can keep or share your own result.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit a photo. By continuing through onboarding, you confirm that you are 18+ and agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Do not create accounts to evade restrictions, abuse usage limits, automate requests or interfere with service safeguards.

3. Upload rights and consent

You may upload only photos that you are legally allowed to use. JudgeMyPic does not permit photos depicting a person under 18. If a recognizable adult appears, you must be that person or have permission to upload the photo. You may not upload non-consensual intimate material, explicit sexual content, exploitation, impersonation, harassment, unlawful content or spam.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of your photos. You give JudgeMyPic a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, re-encode, safety-screen and analyze a submitted image only as reasonably necessary to provide Judd, account history, sharing tools and service security.

5. Judd AI

Judd generates AI-based entertainment and photo-presentation feedback. Output may be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation. It is not medical, legal, financial, employment or professional advice, and it is not a factual judgment about a person’s worth or identity.

6. Subscriptions and paid access

JudgeMyPic may offer a Judd subscription that provides higher usage limits, expanded private analysis history or other Judd-only product benefits. Prices, billing frequency, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation options and the applicable payment provider will be shown before purchase. JudgeMyPic does not offer cash prizes, cash rewards, wagering, user-to-user payments, paid human voting or paid social-discovery access.

7. Safety and moderation

Uploads may undergo automated safety screening and, when needed, human review. We may reject, remove or restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary for consent, safety, fraud prevention, security or legal compliance.

8. Sharing

Judd analyses are private by default. If you choose to create or share a result card, you are responsible for where you publish it and for making sure you have the right to share the underlying photo.

9. Reports and takedowns

If you believe a photo was uploaded without consent, depicts a minor, impersonates you or otherwise violates these Terms, use our photo removal / consent request.

10. Availability and changes

We may change, test, suspend or discontinue features, limits, pricing or availability. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that AI feedback will improve any particular outcome.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JudgeMyPic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, AI-generated feedback, third-party links or reliance on results. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, safety risk, abuse, fraud or legal requirements.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how account data, photos, safety screening, analytics and Judd AI processing are handled.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The version and effective date above identify the current terms.
